Clayton Homes Stepping Stones sales leaflets

Clayton Homes are a successful local housebuilder based in Elland, West Yorkshire. They have over 20 years of expertise in building high quality homes to suit every budget.

When the credit crunch began to take hold at the start of 2008, Clayton had a number of apartments on the market that were still available for sale. Although Shared Ownership was common practice within the social housing sector, commercial developers had been slow to react to this opportunity.

Bang were commissioned to develop a shared ownership brand for Clayton under the Stepping Stones name based around three very simple steps that helped get first time buyers onto the property ladder that more importantly than anything else made what seemed a very complex process quick and easy to understand.

The campaign was rolled out at the start of September through local press advertising, online media, PR, door drops and insertions. Denise Archer, Sales and Marketing Manager for Clayton Homes commented; "We're really bucking the trend at the moment. As many commercial developers are struggling to sell properties, we have been inundated with enquiries through our Stepping Stones scheme. At the moment its all about instilling confidence back into the market, we know we have a quality product to offer and with the creativity and focus from Bang helping us to develop Stepping Stones we are already seeing the benefits of developing this brand and campaign. We have now commissioned them to develop a campaign for our lettings business and we feel sure that they will deliver on this for us as well".
